It all began as two friends whose friendship turned into more. We started dating right before our senior year of high school. Somehow this high school relationship turned into an everlasting love story. We went to NDSU together following high school. Nick majored in Pharmacy and Sadie majored in Nursing. Sadie graduated with her BSN in 2012 and moved to Rochester, MN to work as a Cardiovascular Surgery ICU Nurse at Mayo Clinic. Nick continued his education in Fargo and graduated in 2014 with his PharmD. The distance was one of the biggest challenges we faced but it only solidified our relationship.
Nick took a job with Walmart after graduation and Sadie began graduate school in Minneapolis shortly after. We still did the long distance relationship but at least we were only three and a half hours away compared to the five hour drive from Fargo to Rochester. Nick FINALLY popped the question after nine years of dating, right before Sadie graduated and moved back to West Fargo. We currently live in West Fargo and Nick is working as a Pharmacist at the VA Hospital and Sadie is an Anesthetist at Sanford in Fargo. We cannot wait for the next chapter in our story!
Thank you for all your love and support of our relationship over the last 10 years. Thank you for helping us celebrate our big day! We are forever grateful.

Q: Do we have to do the traditional formal pictures?
A: No, absolutely not! Our style is genuine, and that is what makes us different. Though formals are nice, it is the shots with raw emotion, the ones we get when our couples don't know we are photographing them, that people fall in love with.
Q: Do I really have to wait 4 weeks to get my images after my wedding day? 1 month seems a bit long….
A: We say that to allow cushion just in case of emergencies. In most cases, you will receive your images in less than 4 weeks.
Q: I often hear that couples regret not investing in a good photographer on their wedding day. Tell me why this is?
A: It is soo very important to invest in your wedding photography. It is key to know, that this will be the only means to any memory that you will have, that is a true representation of how beautiful the day was. Doing your research, and asking the right questions is very important. You hear time and time again, people regretting not investing in a good photographer. You never hear someone regret spending too much on a photographer!
We want our couples to be very confident in their choice of photographer. It is not only important make sure our styles match, but to also make sure our personalities match as well! Please contact us to set up a wedding consultation, free of charge. Here we can get to know one another, answer any questions you have, and show you our latest wedding images and products.

Sadie and Nicholee met at the end of their freshman year at NDSU. Since then, they have pretty much been inseparable. Nicholee also goes by Nic, so essentially Nicholee is Sadie’s other Nic. Nic and Nick are also very close. Nick recruited her to help pick out the engagement ring and plan the proposal. We typically have a “Nic/k” night once a week just to make sure we haven’t missed each other too much. We are so lucky to have a friend like you Nic in our lives!!
Sadie and Katie met in nursing school at NDSU. The night they first met is one Sadie will never forget for many reasons! Since then, Sadie and Katie have been pretty much together all the time! We both moved to Rochester together, worked as nurses at Mayo together, went to anesthesia school at the same time (in different cities unfortunately), and even took jobs together at Sanford in Fargo! Now we only live a few blocks away from each other! I don’t know what I would do without you! We are beyond blessed to know you and Cal!
Sadie and Sierra have known each other since Sadie was born. Sierra was always one of the cooler older sisters and Sadie was just a little tag along. Now as we have gotten older, our relationship has shifted, and Sadie is now the cooler one! Haha! Sierra lives in Manhattan so we do not get to see her often but luckily we both love to travel which has allowed us some extra time and memories together. Nick and Sierra have a memorable first meeting story which gives them a “special” bond. We are so excited for you to be a part of our big day and Nick is excited to add another sister to his list!
Sadie and Maggi have been best friends since Maggi shared her chapstick with Sadie in elementary school. Not many people have friends like Maggi or friendships like we have. We have been through so much together over the MANY, MANY years and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to stick with me through it all. Maggi and Nick have been friends for years as well! Thank you for all your love and support over the years! Can’t wait for the big day!
Sadie and Carissa met through Nick, being Carissa is Nick’s little sister. Sadie and Carissa have had a unique bond from the start. Even though Carissa now lives in Bismarck, we still get to enjoy times together when she comes to town! I cannot wait to officially call you my sister! We love you.
Sadie and Brooke met in nursing school as well. Brooke and Sadie have lived many miles apart over the years but that has not affected their friendship. Now both are now back in West Fargo! We have too many memories to keep track of! Nick must have a special effect on people when first meeting them because with Brooke, as with Sierra, from their first time meeting they have had a “special” bond! Brooke you are such an incredible person and friend to both of us. So excited to have you stand by my side on our big day!
McKenna is Nick’s youngest sibling and is soon to be Sadie’s as well! McKenna and Sadie have had some fun times over the years. McKenna was only six years old when Nick and Sadie first started dating, so she has pretty much been stuck with Sadie as an older sister since then! Since McKenna is the youngest of the bunch, we hope she can help to keep us “young” and “hip” over the years! I am looking forward to having you as my official little sister!
Savannah is Sadie’s eldest sister. They do not get to see each other often enough since they both have moved around the last few years. Savannah is currently in Texarkana Texas and Sadie all the way in North Dakota. Savannah always played her role as “big sister” well, as in being the “bossy one” and making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing. With this in mind, Savannah was the perfect person to be my personal attendant. I am so happy to have you with me on our big day! Nick is also excited to add another sister in his family! We can’t wait to see you.
Nick and Justin met in high school but really became best buds during their college years. Spending numerous hours “studying” (watching the Office or Jersey Shore) for their organic chemistry course they found plenty of things in common. From trips to the Dells, Duluth and adventures in Orlando, Nick, Justin and Sadie have had plenty of exciting times together. We are so excited for Justin’s speech…it should be spectacular! We couldn’t ask for a better guy to stand up with us on our day.
Nick and Nolan have known each other, well, since Nolan was born! Being brothers, Nick and Nolan’s relationship has always been a close one but over the years their relationship has moved beyond being brothers and into being friends. Nolan is always good for a joke or a laugh (sometimes unbeknownst to him and his blonde moments). Nolan will now be the ONLY brother for both Nick and Sadie (no pressure buddy). Nolan has always had a heart of gold but a head full of ideas that make Nick jump into big brother mode (Nolan you can’t learn everything from youtube). We are both blessed and lucky to have a brother like you Noly. Can’t wait to celebrate our big day with you by our sides.
Jared and Nick met in middle school but didn’t really click until their college years. Jared’s older brother was the one who reconnected Nick and Jared one fateful night in January. They became almost inseparable, and at times Sadie was the third wheel carting these two around. Since then, the duo always managed to have a good time whether they were making trips to Rochester or the cities to visit Sadie, hunting together, or just hanging out at home watching Dexter. He also spent many nights at Applebee’s with Nick and Sadie looking up engagement rings for Nick to buy on Ebay on his own regard. (Sadie always knew he was a great friend!) Jared is the type of guy that will always be there for you and we are elated that he will be with us on our special day.
Cal and Nick were forced into a friendship thanks to Sadie and Katie’s special bond. Fortunately for the boys, they actually had a lot in common and seemed to always have a good time. Cal is one of the best story tellers that Nick has encountered and no matter what the story entails, it usually ends up with Nick laughing…days later. Nick was so excited when Cal moved back to Fargo that he bought a house just down the road. Now a casual walk usually ends up at one of their houses hanging out and Cal telling stories. Cal is one of the most genuinely nice guys we know. We can’t wait to hear Cal’s recap of our day!
While they were cousins by birth they have always been friends by choice. From summers at the lake to winters snowmobiling and falls hunting, the boys have always found some type of adventure. Nick and Sadie can always count on Alex for a good time whether it is dancing (he can teach you how to Dougie) or just sitting by a fire. Now that he lives in Detroit Lakes, we don’t see him as often but when we do, we just pick up where we left off. Nick was fortunate enough to be in Alex’s wedding and now Alex gets to return the favor.
Sadie and Lane have been friends since high school and Nick and Lane connected in college. Nick and Lane went through pharmacy school at NDSU together and spent most days together since they had all the same classes. From trips to Sandella’s on almost a daily basis to study groups with Feist, Lane became the “Situation” to Nick’s “Pauly D”. (Jersey Shore reference) Lane is the type of guy who is up for almost anything like going to the gym, fishing, taking a wine class or just watching TV at home. Even though Lane is now in Iowa, the boys never miss a beat when Lane comes back to town. We are glad Lane will be able to be part of the gang on our special day.
